I AM:

You are Samuel Taylor Coleridge! The infamous
"archangel a little damaged!" You
took drugs and talked for hours, it's true, but
you also made a conscious choice to cultivate
the image of the deranged poet in a frenzy of
genius. You claimed you wrote "Kubla
Khan" in an afternoon after a laudanum,
when you pretty manifestly did no such thing.
You and your flashing eyes and floating hair.
And your brilliant scholarship and obvious
genius.
Which Major Romantic Poet Would You Be (if You Were a Major Romantic Poet)?

Hartfordian of the Week
Well, with War of the Worlds coming out this summer, and me remembering fondly such shows as Three Sisters, Oh Grow Up and Miss Match, I thought the award should go to the man who played Wilbur on Fox's remake of Mr. ED

David Alan Basche!!!

Rock N' Viv
Here's my shot at that thing you all, all, all, all doing
"Decomprufrock"
Morning mounting to chin,
I, there, have where am pinned,
and eyes the end’s white hair,
and sleeves to swell the wear.
Pretty fun.

Yummy
Got acceptances from both Verse and American Letters & Commentary in the past week.
Found a copy of Volt, never before seen. Really, really big. Also, picked up The Canary, which is awesome.
I will try to start writing more interesting things here again soon.
